BAUER Air Purification Systems purify high pressure air to a quality that meets or exceeds the requirements of CGA pamphlet G-7, Compressed Air for Human Respiration, ANSI/CGA G-7.1, commodity specification for air, Grade D and E, and all other recognized standards for breathing air.

Securus« - The Patented Purification Moisture Monitoring System for Pure Breathing Air

Securus ensures 100% utilization of the air processing cartridge because the sensor is embedded directly in the molecular sieve. the Securus cartridge, with it's moisture sensor, is the last cartridge in the air processing system. Securus requires 115v electrical power for operation and connection to the compressor's control panel or to the Seccant controller for automatic warning and shutdown when the Securus cartridge becomes saturated. The Securus display can be mounted locally to the Securus cartridge chamber or to the compressor's control panel. Securus is available for working pressures from 2000 - 6000 PSIG and flow rates to 125 SCFM

Air Storage

BAUER High Pressure Air Storage Systems meet the code requirements of either the Department of Transportation or the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. Storage systems are available with 4500 PSI and 6000 PSI DOT cylinders or 5250/7000 PSI dual rated ASME cylinders. Optional mounting racks are available.

  • ASME vessels with working pressures of 5000 PSI have a safety factor of 4 to 1
  • ASME vessels with working pressures of 6000 PSI have a safety factor of 3 to 1
